Our ideal place would be - Within 45 mins - 1 hr commute to CBD via public transport pref train. Be within a short bike ride or walk to either a nice beach or a habour area, that has a surf club OR if we could get a property with a pool, a short drive away from these would be fine. Be safe. Has a surf club and cafes close by as we eat out alot and enjoy going out on an evening alot. I know this is a very vague post but if anyone could give us any suggestions, that would be amazing. So far on our list we have - Cottesloe Mindarie (i think ive spelt that right?) We are hopefully hiring a car for the period between Christmas and New Years so we plan on visiting as many places as possible.
