As we had virtually no mortgage, so pretty much the house was all euity - waiting to be relesased, we've taken some of it out with our original mortgage lender here in UK, as the interest rates are way more favourable and it'll allow us to do what we need to do Sydney-side. Hi, yeah it sounds like things will probably sort themselves out quite well for you, the interest rate in th UK is definately a plus! We are into Sydney then driving up towards Brisbane, we are looking to end up in Coffs or Byron Bay... not sure yet, will check it out when we get there! All the best, James...
