Wondering whether anyone knows much about Alexandra, Victoria and would be able to shed some light on what their views are about the area? I have a job offer and need to decide soon, with a new baby on the way, what are baby care facilities like? What about schools, housing and general quality of life? Does it get v cold in winter and keep people bound indoors? Sorry , plenty of q's, but any help would be much appreciated... Cheers.. Unfortunately, I have never been out to Alexandra (a little too far for me) but I do have the results for the secondary school there which are very good and above average. I would be happy sending my children there based on the results. Their website is: Alexandra Secondary College Profile although it is not brilliant. Although it is away from the city it is still within reach for a day out etc (around 132km away) Good luck with everything especially the new arrival.
