Yorkshireclan Posted April 2, 2009 Share Posted April 2, 2009 If you go to your online status page and look at your document checklist, then you can download and print your meds and xray forms off from there.. Your forms are already partly filled in for you there and each page has your DOB, passport number and TRN number printed at the bottom corner...
