Just visit the DIAC office in Sydney or mail the passport to them.

You will probably have to pay a fee for a new visa label although you probably don't need to fill in any forms (See under Replacing Return Visa Labels here)

Edited to add: Reading the information form on the IMMI site it actually says you don't need another label anyway,just carry the old and new passports together and save the money.

As there is a charge for this service, you should consider

whether you need a replacement label. For example:

• you might prefer to apply for a new 5 year RRV rather

than re-evidence the balance of your old RRV; or

• if your visa label is in a passport which has expired, you

can continue to use the old visa label until it expires by

carrying both your old and new passports when travelling.
