Guest tinabeana Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 Hi, i am new to this forum and would like to know if there are any get togethers on the Sunshine coast? i have lived here for 5 years and work at the University of the Sunshine Coast. i am married with 2 girls aged 9 and 13. We are trying to get a life and socialise and meet new people but don't really know how????? lol. I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help. Cheers, Tina. It is an excellent way of meeting people if you can do it. When we did the Gold Coast ones a few years ago we tried to pick a child friendly place with amenities, pretty central and there was always a good turn out. We live in Buderim off Stringybark Road and have been here just over a year now. We are early retirees with a Photographic Internet Business so don't have any littlies now, ours are grown up.
