jomark2oz
We're off on a validation trip to oz in march going via Kuala Lumpar. Now due to a flight change (malaysian air) we now have a 6hr stop in Kuala Lumpar before onwards to perth. Getting very concerned as we have a 2yr old. Will we get our buggy back for the time in Kuala Lumpar? I understand our baggage automatically gets transferred to the next plane. Very worried about being starnded for such a long time with a tired toddler and no buggy:frown: Can anyone reassure me?? Also what else can we do to pass the time there? Many thanks, Jo(28), Mark(37), William(2)
LYNMACMD
You wont get buggy bag if its in the hold, unsure if they would allow it on board sorry not much help
Shaz36
Hi, I would ask when checking in if they can keep your buggy in the hold, which is where you take it right to the door of the aircraft, and then give you it back when disembarking. I've done this before when flying with other airlines. Why dont you call Malaysian Airlines and ask if its possible? I also travelled via Dubai and because Emirates couldnt do this, they provided buggies all around the airport for your use. Shaz
emmaroo
I don't have kids but I have just been through KL airport and they had buggies that you could use, so if you have to put yours in the hold at least you may still be able to " borrow" one! TaniaColin
Shouldn't be a problem we have always taken our buggy right until we boarded the plane the cabin crew will just take it off you, with no problems we had a double one for our 3 and 5 year old Tania x
