We have no family or friends over here so its getting a bit lonley. My daughter is 18 she has made lots of friends. is there any friendly faces locally?? We're just the other side in bracken ridge with two boys aged 16 and 14. Any time you're this way, you can pop in for a coffee (pm me). Guest sheeplover Posted February 11, 2010 Share Posted February 11, 2010 Hi Scampie, If you are a bloke the nearest you will get to a normal pub chatting bloke crap with a pint in hand & lots of poms then you should go to the back smoking bar in the Dolphin club after 3ish on a fri afternoon as this is where everyone meets up for a beer after work nearest to uk pub atmoshere ish that your going to get around here!!
