If we don't get it then an apartment in Burleigh Heads. We wanted to get a house with a pool to try and win our daughter over as she doesn't want to move. It'll be more expensive than the apartment but hopefully worth it. Not sure weather to move to Gold Coast or Sunshine coast so we'll be having a good look round. That sounds similar to us going to have a good look around and get the feel of different suburbs should be nice in Labrador we had a few nights in Southport which is near when we went to Oz last time so that we could do the theme parks ect. Across the other side of the Gympie Rd from where Ramsay St joins it is one of the construction sites. I don't live around there so I'm not sure if noise would be an issue - might depend at which end of Ramsay St you are staying. A few minutes down Gympie road travelling south is the major construction site and it is huge (next to the creek).
