saunders 5 Posted June 21, 2010 Share Posted June 21, 2010 Can anyone advise me if I leave my employer on a 457 visa and my new sponsor has not had their sponsorship approved within the 28 days time frame that you have to find a new sponsor or leave the country am I on dangerous ground that my current 457 is no longer valid ? I left a job in a hospital that was aweful and could not bear to be there any longer, to be offered a job in a GP practice, only the practice is still waiting to have their sponsorship approved and I have not worked for well over a month . Also my sons passport has just run out, if my visa is now invalid i'm stuck and running out of money. Can anyone please give me any advice ????
