Great to be walking distance to the Brook. If you can afford it, put on your application form that you would be willing to pay up front for say 3 months rent and this helps. Good luck.... Guest beckydrinky81 Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Sorry for taking so long to reply, not got Internet at the moment, thanks for your advice, we found out that we have been accepted for a house on Mowbray drive, going to sign the lease on Friday. Hoping to get my children into point cook college house is in the zoned area so should be ok. We had a look around the almanda estate on sat, took the kids to a great park with huge slide. Would love to meet up we are hoping to move in on25th November so could arrange something for after that date as we are in the CBD at the moment in flat provided by husbands company.
