mandymcqueen
Hi guys This has probably been asked before and I am sure I know the answer but want to double check, too much info running round in my head haha. Ok so if you applied for a RSMS visa you dont have to do the TRA? If you applied for ENS you have to do the entire job ready program? Is this right? Thanks Mandy
Guest tomtom
With rsms it is up to the case officers discretion they may or may not ask for a positive skills assessment. I know someone who got there rsms who had to show a positive assessment. If i was applying i think i would be much happier knowing i had a postive skills assessment. tomtom
mandymcqueen
Thanks for that, but do you definitely need to do the job ready program for ENS?? Cheers Mandy
SD_MOA
Hello Mandy, Unless you were a student in Australia then you need to apply for a Skills assessment from TRA via the Skilled Worker Program. In some instance you do not need a skills assessment to apply for an ENS visa. Regards
mandymcqueen
HI Yes I was a student in Australia, been trying to get sponsorship in Regional area but there isnt much happening, heaps of work in Brisbane though, but to be honest the thought of paying another several thousand dollars and wait another full year to do the job ready program isnt that appealing. I thought you had to do the job ready if you wanted to gain sponsorship in a non regional area. So that is not the case then?
