Have a boisterous 3.5 year old and a 6 month babe. We have joined every playgroup under the sun but have forgotten how the whole making friends business takes time....... How do you find upper MT Gravatt area? we are looking at rentals in that area my husband will be working in the city. Don't worry you will soon make friends I have this all to look foward to. Guest lmacquet Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 Hi Ciara Upper Mt Gravatt has the advantage of being near the shopping centre Garden city and the transport links in the city are excellent. My biggest thing is that there are no parks nearby and there do not seem to be many families in the area - mainly older people or students as the university is very near.
