Hi

Moved to Upper Mt Gravatt in August and just cant seem to meet any local families. Have a boisterous 3.5 year old and a 6 month babe. We have joined every playgroup under the sun but have forgotten how the whole making friends business takes time.......

Looking to meet new friends for me and for my boys before we all drive each other crazy!!!

Hi Ciara

Upper Mt Gravatt has the advantage of being near the shopping centre Garden city and the transport links in the city are excellent. My biggest thing is that there are no parks nearby and there do not seem to be many families in the area - mainly older people or students as the university is very near. Wishart which is next door seems better for families so it may be worth looking there....Good luck with all the move!
