He said he rang to ask why they had only sent it now but not sure what the response with as my partner dealt with it!! Ha!! Is this time frame normal?? If your ss app is Vic, then this normal. According to other forums folk have been waiting up 12 weeks for knowledgement. Does confirmation of our application mean they will be dealing with it soon or does conformation mean literally thank u and it will go in the pile with the rest??
