Guest Taylor72
Dont think you need to worry, they are looking at more long term chronic conditions which could have a financial impact on their health system in the first five years. My hubby has disc degeneration and he passed his medical and we have our visa. Just get a letter from the surgeon to say he doesnt perceive further surgery in the near future and you will be fine . Good luck and try not to worry . Annette
essextoaus
Very unlikely to be a problem if is as you've described based on my experience on these forums.
Guest roymoody
I've had 2 x hernia ops and the doc checked to make sure they had not come back during my medical but that was it. I don't think he even noted it. A hernia can be corrected long term with a relatively minor op so I don't think this will have any impact on your visa.
