They were a great part of our childhoods. Happy days indeed Parley. Like you the excitement was palpable for many weeks, small things aye, but lovely memories, just wish I'd kept a few,:cry:. Har00n Posted May 31, 2011 Share Posted May 31, 2011 Started off with the broons and oor wullie, went onto dandy and beano's, then started reading garfield, calvin and hobbes, then 2000ad and all the dc/marvel/image stuff. I still have nearly all the superhero and 200ad stuff... thinking about bringing them to oz with me... (there all boxed up, in plastic bags!) don't knwo how my wife will take it though, me bringing all these boxes that i've never touched since we've been married.
