Guest obelixous
I'm curious - why do some people get verification calls and not others? Also, why are you getting your qualifications assessed by Vetassess? I thought ACS would do it for you. Thanks for answering and hope things go well Verification: I presume it is random. I got my ACS assessment done in 2010. My college degree was not assessed by ACS at that time. In recent ACS assessments, ACS includes a remark regarding equivalence of college degree with an Aus degree. I presume the assessment is being asked for to claim the 15 points for education qualification in the points test put in place for applications made after Jul 1, 2011. p12aks
I have been requested to submit a Form 80, does everyone have to do this or is it a random request? For those that haven't seen it..... it's bloomin' tedious! "List the dates and countires visited in the last 10 years (inc short stays!)"........... i don't even remember what i did last week let alone the last 10 years?! Open you passports. Then go through every pages. See the arrivals and departure dates and fill in Form80. It is a tedious task and no way to skip In my personal view, short stay should not have any significant impact but don't forget to mention any long stay.
