Jambos
29/03/12 ABPF No contact yet, but a good sign that someone is looking at the application... Hopefully should have some movement soon! Congratulations hmsmark!!!
Guest obelixous
hey guys, just one quick question if someone has time to reply.. I'm a June (21st),2011 applicant, all documents were submitted (PCCs & Medicals), ABPF since February 29th,2012, still not a single word from a CO and tomorrow will bring a new update.. so, my question is - do you think will I be contacted by CO soon?! If the update moves for just one day it would still mean that I was contacted by CO - but till now, I wasn't, nor our agent.. If no one contacts us till tomorrow late morning, should we contact DIAC? I'm not sure if this makes any scence, but I couldn't find here (PIO) if someone was in the similar situation as we are.. Thank you!! :wubclub: I think you should raise a PLE or call DIAC. clerk85
Applicants who lodged a GSM application before the following dates have been contacted by a case officer. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm Does it mean CO allocation up to that date or applicants received email from CO up to that day? It means all visa applicants who applied before the date in question have been contacted by a CO. This is the official situation. As many of us are aware some people who applied 3 months after the date in question have had CO contact. hmsmark
Applicants who lodged a GSM application before the following dates have been contacted by a case officer. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm Does it mean CO allocation up to that date or applicants received email from CO up to that day? Going by the update as it reads at this point in time (a new update could be posted any time now) everyone who applied before 20 June 2011 has been contacted. So, if you applied 19 June or earlier, you should have been contacted. 20 June may have not been contacted. That is my reading on it anyway... Basically when reading the update, you need to look at it as a floor, not a ceiling. There are, in fact, quite a few applicants who applied after 20 June who have COs and even Visas by now. The update is stating that ALL applications before 20 June have COs, but SOME applications after 20 June could also have COs. It is DIAC's way of saying: "don't contact us unless your application was made before 20 June and you don't have a CO."
Sol2Oz
No prizes, it's just for fun. ahh, and today the lottery in the US is a record 1/2 a billion dollars! Too bad it has nothing to do with estimating these allocation dates!

The good news, because DIAC did not update today there is still an opportunity to enter the competition. You have until Monday. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqEBgay7xfFvdEpQS2NMbTItV1o5bTctcE4wa1pVWHc&hl=en_GB#gid=

virtual_bajwa
My guess is between 25 to 30 June.... There are some guys in http://beupdate.co.uk/visa.php?month=Jun&year=2011 , who are still waiting for case officer. dates are 25 to 30 June 2011. And some of them are of pakistani origin. So be careful before asuming anything. I think it's too early to see July on the table. It will be june in this update.... But still fingers are crossed .. You never know which way things will turn. virtual_bajwa
Yes true but these three forums does not reflect the total number of applicants processed so far. There must be many more applicants in this category which are still to be processed.
