to register as a nurse in australia

Hi guys.

 

We are planning a move to victoria via state sponsorship..

Does anyone know if you have to have worked 25 hours a week for 2 years as a registered nurse in order to get registered in Australia????

From how I've read the practice requirements (and I haven't looked at all the other requirements to check there's nothing else), you have to have practiced (whether paid or unpaid) for a minimum of the equivalent of 3 months full-time within the past 5 years.

 

But this doesn't sound like very much to me, so I'd have a look and double check it....
