I'm a 28 year old accountant that has literally just arrived in Sydney from Sheffield and at the moment I don't know many people. I'm looking to meet people interested in meals/drinks/outdoor activities in order to expand my social circle and fill my free time. I arrived on Saturday and initially had to check into a hostel in Kings Cross (all the hotels were booked out for St Paddys day). Needless to say I didnt last long there and threw myself at the mercy of the accommodation specialist at work (on my first day!). Seeing how distressed I was and how little sleep I had managed to catch up on, she arranged to me to move to a lovely cheap little hotel in Kirribilli that I would recommend to anyone. I am looking for rented accommodation now and I like Kirribilli so much I think it will be my first choice. Anyway, I really don't know too many people and I'm not all that great and putting myself 'out-there', so if any of you fancy a drink or if there is a larger meet being arranged, I really would appreciate you getting in touch.
